REGISTRATION INFORMATION

TO REGISTER

• Please create a one time family account
• The parent is the account holder and the player(s) are registered under parents account
• Please make sure to add your CHILD’S NAME under "Player Information"

FEES

• Registration fee is $335 for U10 Tyke - U12 Mosquito - U14 Pee Wee - U16 Bantam
• Each player is required to purchase the annual $42 membership/insurance fee from Football Ontario. This link is on our website. Insurance must be purchased before stepping on the field
• The $335 is due once the teams have been made and rosters finalized
• Payments can be paid by debit, credit or e-transfer to cornwallwildcats1@gmail.com. Please include athletes name on any e-transfer
• There are no refunds after game 1 of the season

EQUIPMENT

• Each player will receive a helmet, shoulder pads, padded pants & game jersey with their registration fee
• You will need to purchase a practice jersey ($20) and game socks ($12)

JUMPSTART
If you have applied for Jumpstart please let us know. Parents are responsible for the remaining balance owing that is not  covered by Jumpstart program.

On the 'Who Are You Registering' Page, make sure to add the name of the PERSON YOU'RE REGISTERING, not your own name. If you have registered a registrant in the past and are using that same SportsEngine account, you will see that profile. If you're new to the system you will add in the participants name.
